Lighting Design, Install and Refurbishment

Full Lighting, containment, design and refurbishment on a 57,000 square foot retail space in Blackpool.

The Project was based around a full re design of all the stores lighting, approx 1200 LED luminaires in total were installed 700 internal and 500 external.

The store remained open throughout of the 10 week project, extra project management time was needed for the safety of all staff and the general public.

A road management and highway system was also in place when installing the external and carpark lighting

• Upgrade of all lighting Electrical switchgear and LV distribution
• Installation of new Clipsal dimming system on the sales floor lighting
• New earthing and bonding
• Full emergency lighting Installation
• Installation of LED lighting sales floor, feature, concession, external, carpark and BOH areas.
• Upgrade of Trend BMS system
• A full electrical installation on lighting and power in the stores large under croft carpark and top deck carpark
