Aspect Energy Management recognizes the importance of being fully aware of their Environmental and Ethical responsibilities.

Policies and Procedures have been put in place throughout our business to ensure that our activities are executed in a responsible and considerate approach when dealing with Customers, employees, local communities and other external stakeholders, but most importantly the environment as a whole.

As a result of our commitment stated in our mission statement we are now actively working towards our ISO9001/14001 accreditations that we hope to obtain during the course of 2014.

Through our core principles and competencies set out in our Environmental policy – AVAILABLE ON REQUEST we adhere to best practice and standardization where possible in the environmentally compatible use of resources and design of our services and solutions to ultimately provide the upmost in Customer Satisfaction and value whilst considering the environment at all times.

HEALTH & SAFETY FIRST

Our Health & Safety culture is one of ‘Zero defects’ and prevention rather than cure.

Our commitment set out in our HSE Policy is to operate in a safe environment, through appropriate training, regular audits and ensuring that adequate resources are available at all times. 

Aspect is also a member of Key Industry trade associations, including CHAS & Safecontractor and Construction Line to name just a few.

HSE Policy/General statement of intent

Aspect Energy Management Limited is committed to ensuring the safety of its employees, customers, sub-contractors, members of the public and anyone else who are affected by our operations.

The company commits to operating in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work (etc) Act 1974, The Management of Health & Safety Regulations 1999 and all other applicable regulations and codes of practice, so far as is reasonably practicable.

The management will ensure that significant risks are assessed and suitable and sufficient measures are adopted to allow each employee/contractor to carry out his/her duties safely and without risk to health. Suitable equipment will be provided and maintained in a safe condition, and safe systems of work will be devised.

The company shall strive to achieve continuous improvement in Health & Safety performance.

Each employee / sub-contractor will be made aware of his / her responsibility for his / her own health and safety and that of others. All employees / contractors will be given the opportunity to consult with the management on matters relating to Health & Safety, or to appoint a representative to do so.

Where necessary the company will arrange or provide suitable training for both management and operatives, in particular where new work practices or equipment are introduced.

The company will seek external advice as necessary to keep its health & safety policy, working practices and equipment up to date and in accordance with current legislation.
